Higher security requirements
Carrier vetting is now the baseline. Winning high-value freight takes stronger protection and tighter controls to meet shipper requirements in real time.

Manage over-the-road risks with driver-level verifications. Win more deals from high-value shippers.
Cargo theft claims, tightening shipper security requirements, and staff hours spent on check calls all trace back to the same missing step.

Vetting misses new theft tactics. Losses can affect insurance renewals, making real-time controls more important.
Teams spend more time on calls, messages, and follow-up, without verified evidence or one place to manage risk and security compliance.
Compare the driver and equipment at pickup with what you booked. Show shippers who handled their freight.

Carrier records help assess who you book. They do not verify the driver who arrives for your shipment.
Check the carrier, verify the assigned driver, and track the shipment in one connected workflow.
Calls and ID photos leave your team to confirm who is assigned and compare each driver’s information.
Verify solo drivers or multiple drivers on one shipment. Use True Teams to compare the team’s information.
Email and phone follow-up leave your team to coordinate driver checks before sharing sensitive pickup details.
Set required verification before release. Keep sensitive pickup details hidden until those checks succeed.
An ID and pickup number still need to be checked against the driver and equipment you booked.
Compare pickup details with the booking. Collect driver-provided photos of equipment and cargo conditions.
Location updates show where the load is. They alone do not verify the driver or cargo condition.
Follow shipment location and spot missing updates in the same workflow as driver and shipment verification.
A signed POD records delivery. Your team still needs the photos and evidence required by the shipper.
Collect proof of delivery and delivery photos within the shipment workflow, keeping the evidence with the load.
Retyping driver and load details into each tool takes time and invites mistakes.
Use a connector for your TMS, or connect any system with our API and webhooks. Verification starts from the loads you already have.

No, drivers can verify in two ways. They can open the text message we send and finish in their phone’s browser, or they can use the Indemni app, which is on iOS today.
You build each verification from steps you choose, like checking the CDL, taking a selfie, photographing the truck and trailer, and looking up the VIN. You also choose when the driver completes them: before pickup, at pickup, at stops along the way, or at delivery. When it’s time, Indemni texts the driver, and your team sees the results on the shipment.
You don’t. Your team can create loads in Indemni and start verifying drivers the same day. When you’re ready, connect your TMS and verifications start from the load details you already have.
You can start verifying drivers the same day. If we already have a connector for your TMS, you can connect it right away too. Other TMS connections take one to two weeks.
Your team gets an alert that shows what failed, like a name that doesn’t match the license, and decides what happens next. They can approve the driver after a look or ask the carrier for a different one. If you use release controls, the pickup details stay hidden until the driver passes.
Yes, you can set up a workflow for each shipper with the steps their loads need. Your reps pick the shipper’s workflow, and the driver gets the right steps every time.
The driver takes a photo of the truck door, and Indemni reads the USDOT number and checks it against the driver’s carrier. The full rate con goes out only after that check and the driver’s other checks pass, so a truck running under another carrier’s number doesn’t get the pickup details. Read about ghost trucking
We'll show how Indemni verifies the driver, routes exceptions, keeps the load visible, and preserves the evidence history.
