What can we check besides the driver?
You can check the truck and trailer, seals, cargo, temperature, parking, odometer readings, and documents like the BOL and POD. You choose the steps for each load.
When can we run checks?
You can run checks at any point in the trip: before pickup, at pickup, at stops along the way, and at delivery. Indemni texts the driver when it’s time for each one.
Does someone have to review every photo?
Indemni automatically reads details like seal numbers, USDOT numbers, and VINs from each photo and checks them against the load and the carrier. Your team only steps in when something doesn’t match.
What happens if a seal number doesn’t match?
The seal check fails, and your team gets an alert with both numbers: the one in the photo and the one on the load. They can call the driver before the load moves, and approve the check if the seal turns out to be right. Read about digital chain of custody
Will this help us with claims?
