How long does setup take?
You can start verifying drivers the same day. If we already have a connector for your TMS, you can connect it right away too. Other TMS connections take one to two weeks.
Do we need to connect our TMS before we can start?
You don’t. Your team can create loads in Indemni and start verifying drivers the same day. When you’re ready, connect your TMS and verifications start from the load details you already have.
How does Indemni connect to our TMS?
We connect through our API and webhooks. Your TMS sends us the driver and load details, Indemni runs the verification, and the results come back into your TMS.
Will our team have to work in two systems?
Your team keeps working in your TMS and only opens Indemni to review a failed check or change a workflow.
What can the API do?
