How does secure release work?
The carrier gets the rate con with the details you choose hidden, like the pickup number. As soon as the assigned driver passes verification, the carrier gets the full rate con.
What details can we hide?
You choose what stays hidden until the driver passes, like the rate and the pickup, PO, and appointment numbers. You can also hide your own custom fields.
Will this slow carriers down?
The carrier gets the rate con right away with everything except the hidden details, so they can plan the load. The rest opens up once their driver passes.
What if the driver doesn’t pass?
The details stay hidden, and your team sees which check failed. They can ask the carrier for a different driver, or review the result and release the rate con themselves.
How does Indemni stop double brokering?
The driver takes a photo of the truck door, and Indemni reads the USDOT number and checks it against the driver’s carrier.
